The first ELEV8TED Hour Series, based in New York City, at “Hidden Tiger” was an unforgettable experience.

This space was intentionally created to spark real conversation about men, women, and how their roles are evolving in our society today.

Every panelist and our Panel host were thoughtfully selected by founders Shantel and Laurie, in high hopes to bring a rich mix of perspectives, personalities, and lived experiences to the room.

Ms. Sue Fearless of S.I.P Fearlessly and the Fearless Women Foundation, led our conversation with incredible poise, presence, and grace.

Our Powerful Women on the panel included:

Mrs. Wendy O'Neil, from Pearls with Purpose, a nonprofit supporting women around the world, and Unstick the Stuck. As a relationship professional, she offered grounded heartfelt relationship insight.
Juju, One of my favorite humans who Shantel and I met in Puerto Rico at a women's retreat. A Pro- Bono Specialist, entrepreneur, and founder of a nonprofit that helps indigenous women gain independence and sustainability in their home countries.
Ysa, our fiery voice on the panel- an entrepreneur, pastry chef, and financial coach, who brought energy, honesty, and heat to the discussion.

Our Incredible Men added depth and balance to the dialogue:

Mr. Dave O'Neil, Wendy's husband and partner in Unstick the Stuck, who together with her offered a powerful, united, relationship-based perspective to ELEV8TED Hour.
Josh Pizarro, joining us from Puerto Rico, an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and Puerto Rico travel planner, who flew in to sit in a healing space and share his perspectives with us.
Mr. Flow Genius, a creative strategist and executive producer, who contributed a sharp, creative lens and dynamic point of view to the conversation. As well as his strong faith in God.

Each panelist brought a distinct background, unique life experience, and their own current personal journey. Together, they embodied what bridging the gap truly looks like.

The Hosts

A few years ago, a crazy Puerto Rican and a crazy Dominican dynamic was birthed. These two women met at a women’s empowerment retreat in Puerto Rico. From that moment, Shantel & Laurie decided they wanted to build something together.

At first, they attempted to co-host a retreat in Puerto Rico with another set of partners. It failed—fast and hard—but our vision and determination never did. The girls soon launched Passions For ELEV8TION , a collaboration between Shantel’s “Passions For Profits” and Laurie’s “ELEV8 Her Mind”, hosted a successful first retreat & conference in Florida. Many more events followed. Their wild ideas and bold personalities matched each other’s energy, and instead of giving up, they decided to create a space for women to grow and heal—mind, body, and soul.

Throughout this journey, these ladies met so many incredible people. One of those blessings is Ms. Sue Fearless — a woman who has consistently shown up for their events, always speaks with conviction, and believes in all of their “crazy” ideas to create spaces for people to grow, heal, and become their most powerful selves!

This trio decided to host The ELEV8TED Hour, a space designed to bridge the gap between men and women and cultivate honest, healthy conversation. All of their big visions, big hearts, and big energies aligned, and out of that alignment this beautiful experience was born.

This is a space Passions For ELEV8TION can’t wait to continue sharing with the world—bringing it to different cities, expanding the dialogue, and deepening understanding between both sexes, as we navigate everything society throws our way.
